-Byron Katie's The Work is a wonderful "Way" of dusting off concepts that have been thorns in the thought field, taking the stress out of the mind closet. Putting our Stressful Beliefs as our Reality on paper- is an opportunity to use theWork .The Questioning begins to expose stress that the mind has hidden from itself . Extracting a thought is like finding that oouchy infected splinter that we couldn't get to. Then,using Katie's Work exposes splintered stressful beliefs with simple effective precision.
